1. Products
We sell digital study materials (PDF files). Nothing physical is shipped.
2. Ordering and payment
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), and file delivery. Prices are shown before you pay.
3. Delivery
After payment you get a download link on screen and by email.
4. License
When you buy a workbook, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read, and print it for your own study. You may not share, resell, upload, or redistribute the file, or use it for commercial teaching, without our written permission. Teachers who want to use a workbook in class: please contact us.
5. Refunds

6. Content
Our workbooks are unofficial study aids. Short quotations from published works are used for commentary and education, with the source stated. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any publisher, author, or rights holder. All trademarks belong to their owners.
7. No guarantee of results
We do our best to make accurate, useful material, but we cannot guarantee exam results or that the content is free of errors. If you find a mistake, please tell us.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
